Sustainable Development Goals 2030

The sustainable development goals 2030 represent a 15 year plan of action made by the United Nations to overcome global challenges and achieve development goals considered fundamental for humanity.

In line with these goals the Water Management School general objectives are: an expansion of international cooperation and capacity-building support for developing countries in water and sanitation related activities and programmes, including water harvesting, desalinization, water efficiency, wastewater treatment, recycling and reuse technologies. Other than that, support and strenghtening of the participation of local communities in improving water and sanitation management are objectives to be pursued.
